      The service flat of Chongqing BCNMS locates in the Chongqing telecom building. The flat consists of three parts. They are the client net access, service process and service display. The “net access” includes data collect system, fault trace system and AAA authentication system. Service display is composed of fault alarm and service information system.
1、Client net access
      According to “access in the short distance”, there is a special line that links any nodes in WAN between the access router in TS-BCNMS. The special line includes:
  • ATM / FR /DDN
  • 2M
  • MPLS VPN
  • In general, its bandwidth is above 512k.
2、Service Transaction
      A data collecting system based on SNMP is responsible for collecting information from MIB and TRAP. The system is also responsible for dealing with and analyzing the collected information.
      The fault trace system manages the fault treatment process and instructs engineers to deal with the fault, feedback and tracestack.
      AAA authentication server is used to manage the authentication of maintenance engineers and note all records.
3、Service Display
      Fault information is displayed in sound or graph by means of fault alarm system.
      Client service system shows the net performance and fault information through web. Users can visit the data transparently through TS-BCNMS.
Application Solution
      The product is adaptive to the big customers who has got some dispersed branches and special- line-linking WAN. The user can choose different net service. For example, if he hasn’t bought the CPE, the user can choose to rent the CPE. The experts of Chongqing telecom will assist to select, buy, test and install the CPE. If the customer has bought CPE, he can also choose one site service between 5*8 hours and 7*24 hours.
      The user needs to apply for starting a special-line link and configure SNMP data and router on certain CPE. Then he can examine related information and report through the TS-BCNMS web interface at any time.
